THE PROBLEM
DUCSA needed a clear, reliable, and easy-to-update website to communicate the Foro Estaciones ANCAP event. The agenda, speaker profiles, and participation details had to be organized so users could quickly understand the event and find the information they needed to attend.
The challenge was also to support two consecutive editions, 2024 and 2025, maintaining a consistent experience while allowing each year to have its own visual expression. At the same time, the DUCSA team needed the autonomy to update content throughout the event’s preparation.

THE STRATEGIC DECISION
We designed and developed a landing page system on WordPress, using a modular architecture and reusable components. This foundation allowed us to retain the site’s structure while adapting the design, visual assets, and content to each edition.
We organized the information into clearly structured sections: event introduction, agenda, speakers, and practical details covering the date, venue, participation, and contact information. The responsive design adapts navigation and readability to mobile devices and desktop computers.
We configured the CMS to make content editing straightforward and developed a custom front end with performance, accessibility, and interface consistency in mind. We completed the implementation and deployment of the website for both editions.
THE RESULT
A reusable platform that maintains brand consistency and a coherent user experience while allowing the event’s visual identity to evolve each year.
The foundation developed for 2024 streamlined delivery of the 2025 edition, while WordPress made updates to the agenda, speakers, and key information easier. The website provides clearly organized communication and direct navigation to the content users need to participate.
