At CAPUT<\/a>, we\u2019re thrilled to share news that makes us truly proud: our CEO, Federico Boga, has been elected President of the C\u00e1mara de Dise\u00f1o de Uruguay (CDU<\/a>).<\/span><\/p>\n

The CDU is a non-profit civil association that connects Uruguay\u2019s design ecosystem and works to position design as a driver of economic, social, cultural, and environmental value.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div> \n<\/div><\/div>

A role that strengthens CAPUT (and Uruguayan design)<\/b><\/h2>\n

For CAPUT, this new role is a clear sign of where we\u2019re headed: continuing to grow while staying focused on what matters most\u2014design that creates real impact, with strategic vision and a strong commitment to our local creative community.<\/span><\/p>\n

Among its objectives, the CDU works to represent and protect the interests of its members<\/b>, engage with institutions and public bodies, and promote the growth and international development<\/b> of Uruguayan design.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is also an <\/span>honorary position<\/b>, with a <\/span>two-year term<\/b>, following the organization\u2019s statutes.<\/span><\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div> \n<\/div><\/div>

Kicking off the agenda: Punta Design Street in Punta del Este<\/b><\/h2>\n

As a first official activity in this role, Federico took part in the runway show of the <\/span>second edition of PUNTA DESIGN STREET<\/a><\/b> in <\/span>Punta del Este<\/b><\/a>\u2014an urban event bringing together design, fashion, art, and gastronomy, with an open-air runway and participation from national and international brands.<\/span><\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div> \n<\/div><\/div>
