Client: DUCSA (Uruguayan Fuel Distribution Company S.A.)
Project: Foro Estaciones ANCAP — Event website (2024 + 2025 editions)
Website: foroestacionesancap.com.uy
Deliverables: Event landing pages (2 editions) + WordPress CMS setup
Role: Design + front-end development + deployment
The challenge
DUCSA needed a clear, trustworthy and easy-to-update website to communicate the Foro Estaciones ANCAP, an event with multiple content layers (agenda, speakers, logistics and participation info). The project also had to support two consecutive editions (2024 and 2025) while keeping a consistent structure, yet allowing visual and content variations each year based on the event focus and confirmed speakers.
The priorities were:
- Effective communication: help users quickly understand what the event is about and how to participate.
- Operational autonomy: enable DUCSA’s team to update key information (speakers, agenda, assets and changes) without friction.

The solution
We delivered a WordPress-based landing page system designed to be replicated across editions, with a modular architecture that keeps the same site foundation while allowing each year to evolve in look & feel and content.
In short: same structure, distinct yearly identity, with a CMS that makes updates fast and reliable.
What we did
• Landing page architecture focused on clarity and conversion:
• Hero section + event proposition
• Agenda / schedule
• Speakers (profiles and hierarchy)
• Practical information (date, venue, participation/registration, contact)
• Reusable component system to roll from 2024 – 2025 without rebuilding from scratch.
• Year-specific visual adaptation: design updates to reflect each edition (identity, assets, tone and layout variations).
• WordPress CMS configuration: editable structure to publish changes quickly and consistently.
• Production-ready implementation: responsive performance, consistent UI behavior, and solid baseline accessibility.
Results
• Consistent brand and user experience across editions—without reinventing the site every year.
• Shorter delivery time for 2025 thanks to a reusable foundation.
• Easy content management: agile updates for speakers, schedule and key content through WordPress.
• Clearer event communication: scannable structure, strong hierarchy and direct navigation to what matters.
Technology
• WordPress as the content management platform
• Custom front-end on top of the project theme/components
• Responsive design for mobile and desktop
