15 Years of CAPUT: Growing, Evolving, Staying True

Since 2011, CAPUT has moved through different stages, shifting contexts, and new ways of thinking about design. More than a story of adaptation, these 15 years reflect an ongoing pursuit: to grow, expand our perspective, and keep building brands with meaning.

CAPUT was founded in April 2011 as a graphic design studio focused on production-oriented design. In those early years, our work centered on corporate identity, printed communication, editorial design, and signage. It was a stage shaped by craft, attention to detail, and the belief that design should not only look good, but also work clearly and effectively in the real world.

As time went on, the context began to change. Brands no longer needed isolated pieces; they needed more coherent systems, more strategic decisions, and a broader perspective capable of connecting different dimensions of the same project. That process led us, in 2018, to expand our scope. We stopped thinking only in terms of graphic design and began engaging more deeply with brand building, packaging development, and digital presence.

Then, in 2020, another transformation arrived. The pandemic reshaped dynamics, priorities, and the ways brands relate to people. It also pushed us to reassess our practice and ask how we could remain useful in a very different landscape. That was when we more fully incorporated digital design and web development into our work, not as a departure from our essence, but as a natural continuation of what we had always aimed to do: create solutions that are more complete, more consistent, and more closely aligned with our clients’ reality.

Since 2024, the rise of artificial intelligence has opened up new questions once again. Like any tool that transforms a craft, it brings both challenges and opportunities. At CAPUT, we have chosen to approach it with discernment rather than automatic enthusiasm: as a way to rethink processes, strengthen our capabilities, and continue evolving without losing perspective, sensitivity, or depth.

Now, as we mark 15 years, we feel CAPUT has arrived at a broader and more mature way of understanding its work. One where three dimensions coexist, and for us, have become inseparable: brand, product, and digital.

  • Brand is the foundation: strategy, identity, voice, and direction.
  • Product is the tangible point of contact: packaging, physical experience, what people see, choose, and remember.
  • Digital is the space where that brand lives, expands, interacts, and grows.

Over the years, we have come to understand that these three dimensions should not be treated separately. When a brand loses coherence between what it says, what it shows, what it sells, and how it appears in digital spaces, something is lost. That is why our evolution was never simply about adding services. It was about building a more integrated point of view.

Celebrating 15 years is not just about looking back. It is also about recognizing that every stage changed us, that every shift in context pushed us to grow, and that even through different versions of ourselves, something remained constant: the commitment to doing honest, consistent work that creates real value.

Today, we still believe in well-crafted ideas, in purposeful design, and in long-term relationships. We still believe in the importance of detail, listening, teamwork, and the need to evolve without losing identity.

These 15 years are not only about longevity.
They are about learning, transformation, and continuity.

Thank you to every client, collaborator, and person who has been part of this journey.
What CAPUT is today has also been built through that trust.

We keep growing.
We keep learning.
We keep building.
