THE PROBLEM

ANCAP needed a digital platform for a high-volume promotion: users across the country participating for prizes, entering data and codes from their homes. The challenge wasn’t only technical — it was about experience. A poorly designed webapp creates friction, drop-off, and unnecessary support. And when the audience is massive and diverse, usability isn’t a detail: it’s the product.

THE STRATEGIC DECISION

We designed the experience from the user’s perspective, not the system’s. The flow had to be immediate — registration, code entry, confirmation — with no unnecessary steps or technical language. At the same time, the platform had to match the visual standard of a brand like ANCAP: solid, trustworthy, institutional. We developed two consecutive campaign editions: in 2024 with gas cylinder prizes, in 2025 scaling the main prize to a trip to Brazil. Each version incorporated learnings from the previous one in both design and flow.

THE RESULT

A platform that worked. Thousands of registered users, zero friction in the main flow, and an experience that reinforced Supergás’s perception as a modern brand. The second edition confirmed the system was scalable.
